Hey, Reader, Let me set the scene: The idea wasn’t to go viral—it was to experiment. I even said to myself, "This is going to be fun." And it was… until Day 15. Life did what it does—it life’d. But here’s the part I really want to share with you: I didn’t fail. I've spent the past few days reflecting on the whole experiment. What sparked joy? What worked? What flopped? And—most importantly—what mattered? And the biggest takeaways? Here’s what this imperfect, messy experiment taught me: 3 things that 30 days of posting on IG taught me👇1. Memes. The content I spent 5 minutes creating—quick, cheeky, relatable memes—outperformed the stuff I laboured over for hours. Humour connects. Simplicity wins. Always. (Pssst… here’s my best performing one) 2. Life happens. When life gets heavy, social media is the first thing to drop. And that’s okay. My IG didn’t grow this month. At all. But my email list did (+32 lovely new humans 👋), my client work deepened, and I made serious headway on my affirmation cards. That is what progress looks like. 3. Nobody cares. And that’s kind of… liberating. No one noticed that I missed a few posts. The internet has the attention span of a goldfish. So post it. Re-share it. Repeat the message. Your best content deserves a second (or third) run. When we hold a perfect vision in our minds, it hardly ever goes to plan, so give yourself grace for not posting every day, not sending out that weekly newsletter or postponing a workshop if you just can’t make it happen. Instead practice intentional imperfection. 2 things i’m loving right now✦ If you love a good list, you’ll love this ✦ A fun option for your link in bio 1 quote for your week aheadSo no, I didn’t complete the challenge. And that’s the kind of momentum I want to carry forward—on IG, in your inbox, and most importantly… in life. Reply and tell me: What’s one thing you’re letting go of this week, and what are you choosing to carry forward? I’d love to know. With love and a sprinkle of creative messiness, xo, Louise 🫶 P.S. If you've ever quit halfway, dropped the ball, or let a plan fall apart—you're not behind. You're human.
