Hey, Reader! I spent this weekend in the garden. π©βπΎ It's been weeks of grey skies, relentless rain, and that particular English cold that makes you want to stay under a blanket with a cuppa and do absolutely nothing. But this weekend? The sun finally came out. The temperature crept up to something vaguely human, and for the first time in ages, I spotted actual signs of life. Tiny buds pushing through the soil, brave tulips are opening, the whole garden quietly waking up from its slumber. So I got to work. I pulled the weeds that had been slowly taking over while I'd been ignoring them. I turned the soil and gave it some proper nutrients. The grass got mowed. I watered the things I actually want to grow. And standing there with muddy hands and muddy knees, something occurred to me... this is exactly what growing a brand looks like. See, a business doesn't just grow on its own. It needs tending. The weeds of distraction and "I'll post tomorrow" quietly take over the moment you stop paying attention. And you can't just plant seeds and walk away. You have to keep showing up, especially when nothing seems to be happening above the surface yet. Which brings me to the quiz results... 3 things your Personal Brand Visibility quiz results are telling meLast week I quietly launched the Personal Brand Visibility Quiz and the early results have genuinely stopped me in my tracks. I built it for two reasons: I can do a lot of things, but I want to focus on the one thing that will help you most right now. And I really want to understand what you actually need from me. Not what I think you need. Here's what the data is saying so far: 1. π The highest-scoring category: Message ConfidenceMessage Confidence is the part of your visibility that measures how clearly and confidently you can communicate what you do, who you help, and why it matters. It's your brand story. Your ability to articulate your value. And the fact that this is your highest scoring area? That is genuinely great news. It means you know your message. You know who you help. You know your "why." You can articulate what makes your work valuable, even if that inner critic occasionally tells you otherwise. Think of it like soil that's already been well-prepared. The nutrients are there. The conditions are right. The ground is ready. The seeds are just waiting to be planted somewhere people can actually see them. 2. π The lowest-scoring category (by a mile): Social PresenceSocial Presence measures how consistently and effectively you show up online. Are you posting regularly? Does your profile actually reflect who you are now (not who you were two years and three pivots ago)? Are you creating content that gets you in front of the right people? And here's what your results are telling me loud and clear: You know your message. You're just not showing up with it consistently. You have the seeds. You've even tended the soil. But the regular watering? The showing up, the posting, the being seen week after week? That's where most of us fall down. (Both hands up over here.) If Social Presence is your lowest category, the fix isn't a complicated strategy. It's a simple, repeatable system that removes the friction and makes showing up feel less like a chore and more like a conversation. That's exactly what my self-paced course, Post Like a Pro, does. 3. π± Everyone is scoring medium to high (not one person is scoring low)This one genuinely surprised me. Not a single person who's taken the quiz so far is in the "back to basics" category. You're all already somewhere in the middle-to-upper range, which means you're not beginners. You're stuck. And stuck looks very different to lost. If you're stuck, you don't need a 10-step beginner course on what Instagram actually is. What you need is the right nudge, at the right point in your journey to focus attention on the gap between where you are and where you're trying to get to. Ready to find out exactly where your gaps are? π Take the Personal Brand Visibility Quiz here ββ It takes less than 2 minutes and gives you a personalised score across all five visibility categories. Don't just wonder, know. 2 things i'm lovingβ¦ The Chrome extension that's saving my copy life You know that feeling when you write a brilliant line, copy it, accidentally copy something else, and it's just gone forever? A clipboard history manager fixes that. It keeps a running log of everything you've copied, so you can scroll back and find that perfect caption you thought you'd lost. Search Clipboard History Pro in the Chrome Extension store. Itβs free, simple, and I can't believe I worked without it. (For Mac users only.) β¦ π§ The playlist I had on all weekendWhile I was out there pulling weeds and watering things into existence, I needed a soundtrack and this one delivered. Summer Chill House 2026 on Spotify is doing exactly what a good playlist should do: make everything feel a little sunnier than it probably is. Whether you're working, pottering around the house, or desperately trying to convince yourself it's warm enough to sit outside with a coffee, put this on. You're welcome. πΆ 1 Insta post to save (and steal the template for yourself)It's the last week of March, which means it's time for the monthly wins recap post. I've been doing these for a while, and I want this to be something you can use, too. Here's the idea: at the end of each month, you take five minutes to capture your wins β big ones, small ones, the ones nobody else saw but you know mattered. By December, when you look back at these posts, you'll be able to see your progress in a way that's almost impossible to comprehend. I've created a Canva template so you can make your own version: download it, drop in your photos, and post it. Your audience will love seeing you in real life, and you'll love having the record. Trust me. It's soooo good to go back and see all the progress you've made. Now go water something. Metaphorically or literally. Both count. With love & clarity, P.S. If you haven't taken the Personal Visibility Quiz yet, go do it now. It takes less than 2 minutes, it's completely free, and it tells you exactly where to focus your energy to grow your visibility right now.
