I found five

Hey Reader

This week I listened to Alicia Lyttle on a podcast.

I was listening whilst walking the dog. I couldn’t wait to get back home to actually view the podcast and see the prompts she was sharing. I'd done her free webinar already. She's super high energy. Before AI, she was the marketing, customer service and tech brain holding businesses together.

Listening to her, something clicked.

AI is a perfect tool for women. Because we already build systems in our heads every day. We manage the household, get the kids ready, cook the food and take the dog out.

The systems are already there. We just need to document them, and we're winning.

When I started learning AI, most of the voices I found were loud, young and male. So I went looking for the women.

I found five. Here they are 👇

5 women in AI worth your follow

I want more women using AI. And I want to support the women teaching it. Start with these lovely ladies.

1. Molly Mahoney

I've taken her classes and they're great. Super clear and very upbeat. She was a performer before she taught AI, and you can tell.

→ Try this: Follow Molly and watch one of her videos this week. Notice how she makes the tech feel human and fun.

2. Alicia Lyttle

Super high energy. I did her free webinar, then listened to her on a podcast. She was the marketing, customer service and tech brain holding businesses together. Now she teaches people how to use AI.

→ Try this: Write down one thing you do every week without thinking about it. That's a system. It only needs documenting.

3. Sigrun

She rebuilt her whole business with AI at its core. Hers is the model I'm building toward, starting with brand and marketing.

→ Try this: Pick the one task you're sick of doing. Hand it to AI. See what grows back.

4. Dr Nici Sweaney

Founder of AI Her Way. She's a data scientist creating ethical AI tools for growth, efficiency, and change. She’s building an ai systems offering for your entire business.

→ Try this: Pick one corner of your business, like onboarding a client. Write every step down, in order. That list is the seed of a system AI can help you run.

5. Sabrina Ramonov

She's on a mission to teach 10 million people AI for free. Wanna learn? Follow Sabrina.

→ Try this: Save one of Sabrina's free tutorials and give yourself 15 minutes this week to actually do it alongside her. Watching is nice. Doing is where it sticks.

1 social post to try

All five women are in my latest Instagram carousel, 5 women in AI you should follow.

→ Try this: Make your own list of five. People who taught you something this year. Tag them and say why. It's a generous post, and an easy one to write.

Who would you add to my list? Hit reply and tell me. I read every one.

That's your 3-2-1 for this week. See you next Thursday!

With love & creativity

P.S. Those systems you already run in your head? That's where Brand & Bloom starts. We document them, then AI does the marketing with you. → Join the waitlist
